Katie Najjar joined the board at The Arc in January 2023. Katie has worked in the banking and finance industry for over 15 years. She is currently the Chief Member Experience Officer at All One Credit Union where she oversees, Marketing, Retail Branches, Call Center, and Financial Education. Katie resides in Lunenburg, MA with her husband Keith, and their two children.
