Michelle is passionate about economic advancement and equal opportunity. She's long admired and benefitted from the work of the Arc: her brother has Down syndrome and received services from the Arc of Douglas County in Kansas from a young age. Now that he has relocated to Massachusetts, he is receiving valuable support from the Arc of North Central Massachusetts. Michelle has spent her career in nonprofits, currently serving as Vice President of Program Operations at the Center for Women & Enterprise.
