With 10 years of experience in the human services field, Joshua joins The Arc of Opportunity as the Division Director of Clinical Services.
Joshua brings a wealth of experience in behavior analysis and clinical leadership, having served as a BCBA in and most recently as Clinical Director. His background includes developing and supervising comprehensive clinical services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as mentoring clinical staff.
He holds a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from Assumption College and is currently pursuing his PsyD in Organizational and Leadership Psychology at William James College.
In his spare time, Joshua loves spending time with his two young sons, girlfriend and German Shepherd. He also enjoys outdoor activities such as golf, hiking and cooking on the grill.
