Jennifer Gordon

With more than 23 years of experience advancing social responsibility across the Worcester County region, Jennifer brings a deep commitment to community impact and inclusive leadership. She joined The Arc of Opportunity as the Division Director of Home and Community-Based Services, bringing a wealth of operational and strategic expertise.

Over the past 17 years, Jennifer served in a variety of senior leadership roles within the YMCA movement, including Regional Associate Executive and CEO. Throughout her career, she has led complex operations encompassing program development, recruitment and staffing, organizational growth, and innovative solutions designed to meet evolving community needs. Jennifer applies a culturally responsive lens to all aspects of her work, from decision-making and staff development to revenue growth, risk analysis, and identifying service gaps.

Jennifer has long been an advocate for individuals facing significant barriers, including those experiencing housing and food insecurity and those in need of rehabilitative and supportive services. She has extensive experience working with individuals living in state-funded residential programs and understands the critical importance of strong, compassionate advocacy. Jennifer is a dedicated voice for those who may otherwise go unheard.
