Curt joins The Arc of Opportunity with 20 years of experience across healthcare, human services, and operations. He began his career working in residential services for individuals with disabilities, a foundation that continues to shape his approach to leadership today. Over the years, he has built a career spanning residential services, emergency medicine, private practice, and federally qualified health centers, giving him a broad perspective on delivering high-quality, person-centered services.
Curt holds a bachelor's degree in Organizational Management, is a Certified HIPAA Privacy and Security Professional, and holds a Lean Green Belt certification. He has a passion for systems, technology, and continuous improvement, and enjoys building high-performing, collaborative teams that make it easier for staff to do their best work and for the people we support to have the best possible experience.
Outside of work, Curt enjoys caring for his plants and spending time with his dog, Finn.
