Josh began his journey at The Arc as an intern while earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. His internship was in the Individualized In-Home Supports program, and it was here that he later began working as a Person-Centered Plan Manager. Josh also expanded his love of the IIHS program by becoming the Senior Person-Centered Plan Manager for that program. Desiring to continue his growth within the agency, Josh later transitioned into the Program Director role of Community Based Day. Josh’s most recent and current role is Division Director of Community Based Day and Employment Supports Program. He desires to continue the great work that this program has already begun, providing new opportunities for individuals to engage deeply with their community through volunteer and employment opportunities.
