Jason joined the Board of Directors at The Arc of Opportunity in October 2020. Jason currently serves as the Assistant Dean for Student Success at Fitchburg State University. Prior to earning his master's degree in student affairs in higher education, he was a special educator in the middle school setting. Jason has spent his career in education exploring how difference can be channeled and utilized as an asset. His work now focuses on eliminating access barriers to education for historically minoritized populations. In his free time, Jason enjoys trivia nights, horror movie marathons, taking his nieces and nephews on adventures, and live theater.
