Join The Arc for light physical activities! During the sessions there will also be group discussions on how important it is to remain physically active. Activities can be done from your chair and each session will begin with a light relaxing stretch. Just bring a can of veggies or a bottle of water and discover that you can work on getting stronger and healthier! Everyone is welcome to lead a routine and encouraged to share ideas.
