Amanda has worked at The Arc for approximately 1.5 years and in that time has truly made a clinical impact on the agency as a whole. Her approach is always “Doing what is right by the client” and taking the time to “Listen generously”. She has recently received praise from DDS for the clinical supports and collaborative approach offered at The Arc. While the scope of her position is clinical, Amanda has taken on other roles within the organization and recently become a sexuality educator as well as a tech coach.
Over the last few months, Amanda has put together a clinical audit process for OQE compliance and advocated for individuals to get more current and accurate psychiatric diagnoses. She is always looking to position the agency in a place for continued clinical development and advancement. Amanda “Leads by example” and The Arc is fortunate to have such a strong clinician and overall staff member.
