Her extensive nursing career has touched diverse realms, including Assisted Living, Pediatric Skilled Nursing, Community and Behavioral Health, Intensive Special Needs, as well as School Nursing/Public Health.

A graduate of Mt. Wachusett Community College with an RN, Venessa has further enriched her education with a BSN, an MBA, and a Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Management from Fitchburg State University. Her academic achievements underscore her dedication to lifelong learning and professional development, demonstrating a relentless pursuit of excellence in her field.

Hailing from Trinidad & Tobago, Venessa brings a unique perspective to her role, fully embracing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
