Nora joined The Arc of Opportunity in May 2021. Nora has been working in the human services field since 2013, serving individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, autism, and acquired brain injury. She is dedicated to enriching lives and finding opportunities for meaningful connections in the community. Prior to joining The Arc of Opportunity, Nora served as a Senior Director for a Boston area agency where she supervised residential and in-home supports programs, coordinated various enrichment activities, and developed a robust undergraduate internship program. Nora also has experience as the Program Director of a Day Habilitation program in Boston, where she worked diligently to expand programming and create a collaborative environment amongst staff.
Nora holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a minor in Art Therapy from Lesley University, and an MBA in Healthcare Management from Fitchburg State University. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, art-making, and summertime adventures with her children and partner.
