Allison has worked for The Arc of Opportunity for the past 13 years. She started her career in The Arc's vocational program as a job coach right out of college. She then moved up to a case manager a couple years later where she was able to develop her skills. Wanting to learn and grow more, she took a position in The Arc's Home Based Supports program as a case manager and eventually moved up to Division Director after several years. She took a year off to spend time with her growing family in 2013. In 2014, she returned to The Arc as a case manager in the Individual Supports program where she was able to reignite her passion for working with individuals with disabilities. In March of 2015, she became the Program Director of Day Hab. During this time, she has discovered her passion for developing programing and growing the opportunities provided to the Day Hab. participants. Now as Division Director for Community Based Day & Employment Supports, she looks forward to continuing to grow The Arc’s day program and providing support to the individuals we serve.
