There is seldom a staff at The Arc of Opportunity that cannot regale you with a tale of the great Charleen. Charleen came to The Arc through our day services program and participated in many travel and leisure opportunities with The Arc’s Recreation program along with her beloved brother, Dennis and his wife, Mags.
Charleen was known for her keen sense of humor, her love of music (Elvis!) and passion for living. There is not a single life that is part of The Arc family that she had not touched and a void in our hearts will be forever left in her absence.
Charleen left this world and The Arc family on August 24th, 2015. Her memory and legacy will consistently drive us to continue “Delivering Legendary Service” in her honor.
