Cheri and I wanted to drop you a line to commend the maintenance team and residential team leaders involved with moving Matt and others from Grove to Apple Tree Hill. In trying weather conditions and moving multiple individuals in a short amount of time your teams worked hard, stayed focused and ensured a seamless transition for all impacted by this move. I witnessed the team unloading the truck late in the day in sub-freezing temps all the while being professional and courteous to Cheri and me as we began to unpack Matthews’s belongings and set up his room. Please pass on our heartfelt thanks! And also to the staff at Apple Tree for welcoming Matthew and without missing a beat maintaining his schedule of social activities. Matthew is very comfortable in his new environment largely because of the effort that the staff have put forth. Thank you for having a "well-oiled machine" to handle these sometimes difficult transitions!
