Under the direction of the Residential Manager (RM), provides support to all direct support proefessionals (overnight awake/asleep, relief and other). Partners with the M to ensure the quality of direct support services provided and to ensure the daily operation of program meet federal, state and agency compliance regulations. Also, provides direct service to individuals served.
The most common DD conditions are intellectual disability, Down syndrome, autism, cerebral palsy, spina bifida, fetal alcohol syndrome, and fragile X syndrome.
