Madeline has been working in the Human Service field for 4 years. She joined The Arc after spending 2 and a half years working as a supervisor for Residential youth homes. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Exercise and Sports Science with a Minor in Psychology from Fitchburg State University. In her short time at The Arc she has expanded recreation supports to serve more people through activities that directly engaged them with the community. She also helped develop a program that helps provide resources and case management to elders taking care of a loved one at home with a disability. Madeline strives to get more individuals, families, and support staff involved in making family support and recreation activities fun and memorable for all those involved.
