Quiet your mind & relax before you go to sleep. Put on your pajama’s, brush your teeth, get a cup of hot tea or milk, your favorite stuffy, and cozy up while The Arc reads you a bedtime story. Participants will listen to a soothing bedtime story/short story/poem to help you take your mind off the day and relax into slumber. Participants are highly encouraged to suggest their favorite bedtime story/short story/poem from their childhood to have read during the following week. Click here to join on Zoom!
