When I think about making quality personal, Lovette (or LP as most individuals call her) is a perfect example. She is always willing to work and goes the extra mile when needed. Lovette has been with the agency for about 3 years now and has a person-centered approach. While working with our individuals, she has the human touch, a friendly but firm approach. There is a lot of great work that goes on in our group homes, but there is always that one person that stands out and makes the difference. During a difficult time for one of our individuals, Lovette was able to take ownership and work with his medical team and learn his new protocols. She then took the initiative to work with staff both at the home and day program in training on his new dining guidelines. This is a great example of how we honor commitments to our individuals and we are proud to have someone like her on our team. She is always positive and energetic and we appreciate her. Thank you, Lovette, for all you do!!
