Christina is very caring and compassionate to all of the employees and the individuals that are served. Christina is always looking for new ways to be supportive of everyone and always thinks team first. She takes ownership of everything that is connected to herself professionally, and the individuals that are served at the home she works at. Christina is always positive and has a wonderful ability to turn a negative experience into a positive one. She is able to take intelligent risks, and always seeks advice and guidance from her co-workers and others at the program. Christina is a pleasure to work with and has turned a program into a home for all of the individuals that live there.
