Eric certainly knows how to "Keep Things Fun" and "Be Positive". Like many other departments/programs, Day Hab is not immune to the ebb and flow of staff turnover, which can make already challenging jobs feel overwhelming. Understanding that staff morale is crucial to "Delivering Legendary Service", Eric took it upon himself to plan a day for staff to come together around something we could all appreciate…food. Eric planned a “snack day” for staff to bring in a dish to share. It was a huge success and it reminded the Day Hab staff that we are all in this together and to think Team First.
Eric also "Goes the Extra Mile" by jumping in to assist with bussing when we are short, taking on the 1:1 responsibilities with our Individuals, and bringing a positive energy to the program that goes a long way with the Individuals we serve. Most recently, Eric put his energy to great use as the cook for our BBQ.
Eric, thank you for always "Doing What’s Right By The Client" and "Treating People With Dignity". Your enthusiasm and hard work are an asset to the Day Hab program.
