Shellene is always willing to help out other programs that might need some support. Shellene has been instrumental in training two new managers for North Central Division where she has made quality training personal. When asked if she could assist in their training she was more than willing to help in any way possible. Both of the new managers said that they really enjoyed training with her and that she has a wealth of knowledge. By honoring her commitments, Shellene was able to ensure that these managers were given time in her busy schedule to have a chance to learn about The Arc and their new roles. With Shellene assisting in training these new managers she has allowed them every opportunity to succeed and deliver the legendary service The Arc is known for.
