James is a relief staff who is self-motivated and is passionate about doing what is right by the client. He’s always willing to jump in to provide support to the individuals as well as with staffing. James goes beyond and above his work expectations and takes ownership whenever he needs to; going for appointments, working any shift when needed, and always doing excellent work. James is a natural leader who takes charge whenever he’s on shift and models best professional practices to the team. He is well-liked by both staff and individuals in the program. For the month of April, I nominate James Francis as The Way of The Arc Champion.
