Community Living Matters!

Members of Congress will be back home next week for President's day - and they need to hear from you! Join advocates across the country to ask Congress to protect an important program called Money Follows the Person (MFP), that has helped more than 75,000 people with disabilities and seniors move out of nursing homes and institutions.

MFP expired September 30, 2016, and states are running out of funding.

As a result, states are scaling back their programs and reducing dedicated staff and crucial resources. Last year was the first time that the number of people transitioned to the community declined. Without action NOW, the states will lose momentum and more people will be stuck in institutions.

Here's how you can help:

Thank you for your advocacy!
