Jim joined The Arc as the Vice President of Human Resources in July 2016. He has earned a B.A. in Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University and an M.A. in Human Resources Management from Framingham State University. Jim began his career in Human Resources in 2001 and has held positions of increasing responsibility in various industries including literacy and professional learning and behavioral health. Before changing his career path to Human Resources, Jim worked in the Human Services field for 11 years in programs assisting people with persistent mental illness, developmental delays, and cerebral palsy.
