The Youth Transition Job Coach aides in the process of young adults (ages 16 to 22) with disabilities who are transitioning from school to adult services as part of the Pre-Employment Team (PETS). The mission of PETS is to give students an introduction to the work field through an internship placement that will create a professional foundation for the student to grow and develop good work habits. Students will obtain experience needed to make them more marketable in the competitive workforce.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (9am - 3pm), but must be available to work on weekends occasionally, and have reliable transportation.
This is a seasonal position (May to August).
