Madeline has been working in human services for 9 years, with over 6 of them being at The Arc Opportunity. Prior to becoming the Division Director of CBDES, she served as the Program Director of Family Supports for 5 years and the Program Director of Individualized in-home Supports for over a year. Before joining The Arc, she worked in youth residential services in multiple capacities. Madeline has a Bachelor's of Science from Fitchburg State University.
When not working, she enjoys coaching basketball and track & field at Monty Tech. She also loves catching as many Boston Celtic's games as possible.
