What is iCentrix you ask?  iCentrix introduces a new approach to data analysis and reporting that allows providers to get the most out of their data with minimum effort, infrastructure or cost.

The Arc of Opportunity along with other human services agencies in the state collaborated for a year long journey to develop software in collaboration with Icentrix staff to make our goal of being both paperless and more efficient with time.

With Icentrix, staff is alerted to upcoming timelines giving staff the opportunity to prepare their schedule accordingly. Icentrix has the wonderful benefit of crossing sharing information for people with support in more than one aspect of The Arc. This option saves staff time, energy and duplication of efforts to get the same information needed for the person

The Arc orders at least 10 cases of paper every six weeks, averaging 43,000 pieces of paper that we use to generate paperwork for the people we support. Having Icentrix, with the goal of being 100% paperless has not only decreased the usage of paper but also has opened doors for increased efficiency in paperwork, which in turn gives us time to help support people to have new opportunities in their lives.

Icentrix has helped the agency streamline processes and redefine our current systems enabling us to have time to do what we do best at The Arc, excellent services.
