On Thursday October 9th The Arc of Opportunity held its Staff Appreciation Dinner and Employee Recognition Event. The event was from 5:00pm to 8:00pm and featured dinner catered by IL Forno Restaurant in Fitchburg followed by the Employee Recognition Ceremony and finally an Ice Cream Social for all. Over 150 staff and family menbers attended this event.
The Recognition Ceremony was kicked off by a welcome message from the Board Chair, Jennifer LaBaire and followed by service and educational awards presented by Megan Riendeau, Board Treasurer, Jennifer LaBaire, Board Chair and Mary Heafy, President and CEO. The Service Honorees were recognized starting at 5 years of service and working all the way up to 35 years of service! The Service Honorees were followed by Educational Achievement Award presentations.
