Marshall Gaye joins The Arc of Opportunity with over 13 years of leadership experience in Operations and Human Resources management at UPS. He began his career in Human Resources in 2008. As an Area Human Resources Manager, Marshall led the Human Resources function responsible for UPS operations across Central and Western Massachusetts, Upstate New York, and Vermont. He served as an Advisory Board Member for The Central Massachusetts Workforce Investment Board and Chairman of the Board of Directors for A.C.E., a Worcester area Nonprofit focused on leadership and educational development for High School students. Marshall has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from The University of Massachusetts Lowell. He and his wife Inez have two children, Aurelia and Marshall Jeremiah. Marshall enjoys golf, football, and real estate investment.
