Sam Duodu

With 20 years of experience in the human services field, Sam started with the State of Massachusetts at the Glavin Regional Center. He later joined the Seven Hill Foundation, Advocates Inc., and finally The Arc of Opportunity in 2020, all as a Resident Manager or Program Manager. He has worked with both DDS and DMH helping to set up new programs and assisting individuals in transitioning into the community independently. He has keen knowledge about shared living, ABI/TBI, and Mental health. He is very passionate about building trust among populations with challenges and retention of staffing to help the daily living of the populace. He strives to be an example and role model for individuals and staff to emulate.

Sam co-founded a nonprofit that created educational measures regarding immigrant family challenges. The nonprofit Center For Family Progress aimed to develop, evaluate, and reproduce programs and interventions designed to facilitate smooth acculturative paths for families with the most significant barriers to success.

Sam holds a Master of Science in Commerce and Economic Development from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Worcester State University.

Sam is a family-oriented person who loves to spend time with his dear wife and three young adult kids. Additionally, he spends his leisure time working in his local congregation and community.
