Please Help Arc’s Family Support Giving Tree!

Each year the Family Support staff at Arc Community Services coordinates a Giving Tree program to collect toys for children with disabilities and their siblings and/or those experiencing financial difficulties during the holiday season.  As with others in the area and during these times, these families are facing more financial difficulties and the need is enormous this year. Please feel free to encourage your family, friends and colleagues to participate.

Local businesses allow us to set up trees in their lobbies. The trees are decorated with “ornament tags”; each tag has the sex and age of a child who needs gifts along with some suggestions of things that child would like. (The suggestions are just that – you may purchase one or more things off the tag or another gift entirely).

Trees are at Premiere Sub Shop, Rollstone Bank & Trust and Workers Credit Union, all on Main St. in Fitchburg as well as Workers Credit Union on North Main St in Leominster (across from McDonald’s) . Tags are also available  at Arc, 564 Main St., Fitchburg. You can also call or email Eileen at 978-343-6662, ext. 125 or e.ganong@arc-matson.org and I can send you a tag electronically. Please return gifts by December 16th to the Arc. Thanks.
