Linda St. Jean – Employee Recognition Award

We would like to nominate our supervisor, Linda St.Jean for Employee of the month.

Linda has demonstrated her dedication to the people that we support with her “whatever it takes” attitude. She has, on many occasions, taken work home to prep for individuals to use during the day.

Especially over the last several months she should be commended for her leadership, guidance and support of her staff. Because of the renovations of Level 2 work area and the unreliability of the elevator the vocational department has been through many transitions. Linda has been there to direct and guide us through all of it.

With the addition of new enclaves, reduction in staffing and the significant number of new jobs, Linda has rolled up her sleeves and worked along side the floor staff knowing and understanding that we each have a life outside of the ARC including family that requires our attention, she does the best to accommodate our individual needs and requests. She offers a listening ear and support while maintaining professionalism and integrity of the Program.
