Aleidy Valentin – Employee Recognition Award
On August 24th, Aleidy repeatedly stepped up to help out the people attending the Elder Services program. Early in the morning, we had a fire drill, which can be a challenge at times. As the group was evacuating, Aleidy came in to our room to check for anyone who may have needed help. After the fire drill, staff asled Aleidy to help an individual with a two-person assist and she gladly stepped in to help. Throughout the day, the same individual repeatedly needed help and Aleidy freely came in to help carrying a great attitude. Later on in the day, she asked if there was anything else, she could help with and pitched right in.
We speak often of working as a team, Aleidy exemplified the attitude and cooperation we strive for during our time in CBDS. For her compassion to help and great attitude, Aleidy is honored as Employee of the Month for August 2010. Congratulations and thank you, Aleidy
