Dodi Harju – Employee Recognition Award Recipient

I would like to nominate Dodi Harju as a candidate for Employee of the Month. The reason for the nomination is that even though I have only had limited interaction with Dodi, each and every one I have had with her so her has been positive. Dodi was very helpful in a change of vacation time usage for one of my staff that was submitted incorrectly. She has a “no problem” attitude about helping us fix the problem. Specifically, however, I am nominating her because she went over and above in another situation. I asked Dodi if she had any sort of cheat sheet on the dates for processing timesheets. She said she did not but mentioned that it would not be that difficult to develop. By the end of the next day, she had charted out and emailed to me a list of all the dates that I would need for payroll for the rest of the year. We all have way too many things on our to do list and Dodi is no exception. Dodi went the extra mile by taking the time to make this tool for me and that is the reason that I feel she is deserving of this recognition.
