Dawn Long – Employee Recognition Award Recipient

Dawn Long has worked in the ARC Day Habilitation Program for over five years and has become a very valuable member of our team.  Dawn is organized, creative, and has great relationships with individuals and staff as well.  Dawn is proactive when it comes to finding activities and trips for the individuals to participate in.  Recently, other staff members have recognized Dawn for her helpfulness during bussing time, which everyone here knows can be quite a challenge.  Dawn covered outside bussing for a case manager while she was on leave and has been taking the initiative inside to make sure rooms are covered as individuals are assisted outside.  I feel Dawn should be recognized for her extra efforts, especially when it comes to bussing.
